In the aftermath of the harrowing cave incident, where darkness reigned supreme and the undead threatened to consume all, a once stalwart officer now finds themselves haunted by the specters of that fateful night. Escape: The Forest thrusts you into the fractured psyche of this officer, where panic attacks grip tight and the line between reality and nightmare blurs with each passing moment.

As the officer struggles to cope with the trauma inflicted by the depths of the cave system, a cryptic lead emerges from the shadows of their subconscious. A lone figure, captured amidst the chaos, whispers of a mask— an artifact of unspeakable power hidden within the dense embrace of a foreboding forest.

Driven by a desperate need to confront the demons that torment their mind, the officer embarks on a journey into the heart of darkness once more. But this time, the stakes are higher, and the threats more sinister. Every rustle of leaves, every shifting shadow, triggers memories of past horrors, threatening to overwhelm reason and plunge the officer into madness.
